【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesthesignallingprotocolforthesupportoftheWirelessTerminalLocationRegistrationsupplementaryservice(SS-WTLR)andtheWirelessTerminalInformationexchangeadditionalnetworkfeature(ANF-WTINFO)attheQreferencepointbetweenPrivateIntegratedservicesNetworkexchanges(PINXs)connectedtogetherwithinaPrivateIntegratedServicesNetwork(PISN).SS-WTLRisasupplementaryservicewhichenablesaWTMusertoregisterat,orderegisterfrom,thecurrentlocationwithinthePISN.TheabilitytoregisteratdifferentlocationsinthePISNatdifferenttimesenablestheWTMusertomaintaintheprovidedservices(includingtheabilitytomakeandreceivecalls)atdifferentaccesspoints.DeregistrationisusedtoinformthePISNthattheWTMuseristemporarilyunabletomakeuseoftheprovidedservices(includingthereceiptofcalls).ANF-WTINFOisanadditionalnetworkfeaturewhichenablestransferofrestrictioninformationbetweenHomePINXandVisitorPINX.ANF-WTINFOalsoenablestheVisitorPINXorHomePINXtoinitiateacheckofthecurrentlocationinformation.TheQreferencepointisdefinedinISO/IEC11579-1.SupplementaryServicespecificationsandAdditionalNetworkFeaturespecificationsareproducedinthreestagesandaccordingtothemethodspecifiedinITU-TRec.I.130.ThisInternationalStandardcontainsthestage3specificationfortheQreferencepointandsatisfiestherequirementsidentifiedbythestage1andstage2specificationsinISO/IEC15428.ThesignallingprotocolforSS-WTLRandANF-WTINFOusescertainaspectsofthegenericproceduresforthecontrolofsupplementaryservicesspecifiedinISO/IEC11582.ThisInternationalStandardalsospecifiesadditionalsignallingprotocolrequirementsforthesupportofinteractionsattheQreferencepointbetweenSS-WTLRandothersupplementaryservicesandANFs.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoPINXswhichcaninterconnecttoformaPISN.
