【摘要】:ThisStandardpresentsminimumrequirementsforthequalificationofpersonnelengagedinthecertificationandDesignReportreviewactivitiesoftheASMECode.Thepersonneladdressedarethosewhoperformthefollowingspecialtyfields:(a)forDivision1:(1)CertificationoftheDesignSpecificationonbehalfoftheOwner:(2)CertificationoftheDesignReportonbehalfoftheNCertificateHolder;(3)ReviewoftheDesignReportonbehalfoftheOwner;(4)CertificationoftheOverpressureProtectionReportonbehalfoftheOwner;and(5)CertificationoftheLoadCapacityDataSheetonbehalfoftheNCertificateHolder.(b)forDivision2:(1)CertificationoftheDesignSpecificationonbehalfoftheOwner;(2)CertificationoftheConstructionSpecification,DesignDrawings,andDesignReportonbehalfoftheDesigner;and(3)ReviewoftheDesignReportonbehalfoftheOwner.Alsoprovidedarethedutiesofthesepersonnelintheperformanceoftheactivitiesdescribedabove.
