【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesmethods,proceduresandequipmentforthemanualmeasurementofthetemperatureofbulkquantitiesofpetroleumandpetroleumproductsinstoragetanks.Thepreferredmethodistouseaportableelectronicthermometerasdescribedinclause7.Othermethodsincludedusepermanentlyinstalledindicatingthermometersofthespot-measurementtypeandtemperaturedeterminationbysamplingmethodsusingcup-casethermometers,flushing-casethermometers,andthermometerswithinconventionaltanksamplestakeninaccordancewithISO3170.ThisInternationalStandardexcludesaveragingthermometersformingpartofanautomaticgaugingsystem.ThesearedescribedinISO4266.Itisrealizedthat,inmanycountries,someoralloftheitemscoveredbythisInternationalStandardarethesubjectofmandatoryregulationsimposedbythelawsofthosecountries;suchregulationsmustberigorouslyobserved.IncasesofconflictbetweensuchmandatoryregulationsandthisInternationalStandard,theformerprevails.
