【摘要】:Thisspecificationcoversrequirementsandtestmethodsformaterials,dimensions,workmanship,stiffnessfactor,extrusionquality,andaformofmarkingforextrudedpoly(vinylchloride)(PVC)profilestripsusedformachinemadefieldfabricationofspirallywoundpipelinersintherehabilitationofavarietyofgravityapplicationssuchassanitarysewers,stormsewers,andprocesspipingindiametersof6to180in.andforsimilarsizesofnon-circularpipelinessuchasarchedorovalshapesandrectangularshapes.Profilestripproducedtothisspecificationisforuseinfieldfabricationofspirallywoundlinerpipesinnonpressuresewerandconduitrehabilitation,wherethespirallywoundlinerpipeisexpandeduntilitpressesagainsttheinteriorsurfaceoftheexistingsewerorconduit,or,alternatively,wherethespirallywoundlinerpipeisinsertedasafixeddiameterintotheexistingsewerorconduitandtheannularspacebetweenthelinerpipeandtheexistingsewerorconduitisgrouted.Thisspecificationincludesextrudedprofilestripsmadeonlyfrommaterialsspecifiedin.Thevaluesinparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.Thefollowingprecautionarycaveatpertainsonlytothetestmethodportion,Section,ofthisspecification:Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
